Digital Product Research Advisor

You thrive on delving into your client's world and understanding their challenges. You strength lies in gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, transforming them into actionable insights. Your talent for asking the right questions, along with active listening, enables you to capture the subtle nuances in responses. Leveraging your knowledge and experience in the digital world, you influence the strategic discussion that will help clients achieve their goals.

You collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and the business development team to analyze and design projects, meet with clients to contribute to their digital initiatives, monitor the performance of websites and applications, and identify opportunities for improvement.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • You support clients in their digital evolution and take part in assessing their strategic objectives.
  • You generate insights following qualitative and quantitative research activities (documentary research, conducting interviews, data processing, workshop facilitation, etc.) across multiple industries.
  • You conduct various analysis activities such as competitive analysis and performance monitoring to achieve set goals.
  • You influence the products by collaborating with the clients and teams in design, product, and development, using your marketing insights to identify trends and provide recommendations.
  • You support the organization by overseeing technology and digital marketing trends (SEO audits, content strategy, conversion optimization, etc.).
  • You proficiently manage projects by keeping within budgets and timelines, tracking KPIs, and ensuring constant communication with clients.
WHAT YOU NEED
  • You have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a passion for digital products.
  • You have over 3 years of experience in digital product management and market research.
  • You are bilingual, with excellent proficiency in French and English.
  • You have experience with all activities that can lead to a better understanding of a user or product (analytics, surveys, interviews, focus groups, benchmarking, etc.).
  • You are comfortable with visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • You understand the various digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, click-through rate optimization, eCommerce, etc.).
  • You demonstrate proactivity and rigor.
  • You have a talent for synthesizing and simplifying information. 
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are open to making occasional trips both inside and outside Quebec.
