As a Product Owner at Mirego, your mission is to maximize the value of the digital product delivered to your clients. Acting as the conductor, you coordinate the team’s various expertise to ensure alignment and achieve objectives. You guide your clients, enabling them to reinvent themselves with high-quality products, all while understanding their realities, constraints, and budget. With a mastery of priority management, you also enjoy immersing yourself in different industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You build trust-based relationships with your clients and collaborate closely with their internal teams.
- You maintain constant and transparent communication with your clients to understand their needs and ensure continuous satisfaction.
- You have an overall view of the project, ensuring that the team remains aligned with objectives and vision.
- You define and manage the product backlog and corresponding deliverables in partnership with your clients.
- You share your passion for the product by actively using it throughout its evolution and provide feedback to the team.
- You monitor the health and performance of your products, proposing optimizations or evolutions.
- You immerse yourself in your clients' industry to fully understand the value of the digital product within the company and its impact on users.
- You make informed decisions at all levels, from adjusting text to removing a feature, according to the project framework.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A strong passion for digital, driving you to seek excellence and efficiency.
- Experience in creating digital products with diverse expertise (product management, client relations, Scrum methodology, budget management, data analysis, mobile and web technologies, UX and UI design, user experience, marketing, entrepreneurship).
- Collaborating experience with clients from various fields.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- A desire to build a long-term relationship with the team and develop within Mirego.
- The ability to rally the troops, collaborate, and communicate with different expertise.
- The capacity to be a vision carrier, thanks to your curiosity, initiative, and active listening.
- A proactive and versatile nature, capable of getting things done.
- Availability for regular travel to join the team in our offices and with our clients.
