Mirego launches website for new Canadian women's soccer league
October 8 — 2024
The Northern Super League (NSL), Canada's new professional women's soccer league, launches the first iteration of its new website, created by Mirego.
This new site will allow the league to gain momentum and capitalize on the current enthusiasm generated since its inception earlier this year. The technological platform also enables each team to have its own website within the NSL ecosystem.
“Mirego's experience in building remarkable digital experiences for sports teams led us to trust them to create our website; the cornerstone of our online presence. This initial launch is another step towards realizing our vision of propelling women's soccer in Canada.”
⏤ Christina Litz, President of the NSL.
A predominantly female project team
From design to development, the NSL's digital platforms built by Mirego were designed by a predominantly female team.
“Just as women's place in sports must be valued, so too must women's place in the technology sector. The NSL's mission closely aligns with Mirego's values, and we are extremely proud to contribute to its success.”
⏤ Anne Morin, Product Team Director.
Building the future of women's sports
Evolving over time, this website will gradually allow users to browse the season schedule, purchase tickets, and, once the season has begun, watch games, view results and team rankings.
The league's website is online at nsl.ca.
